2026 Show Setup

Good Evening, today was setup day for our 2026 Quilt Show. The day started out quiet with just a few of us getting the lay of the land. The Clarke County Parks & Rec center staff helped us out by setting up tables and chairs for us.

Drop-off started at 9:30 with all of the quilts registered back in January arriving.

Next they are sorted into the proper category and then into their location determined by our Curators.



At noon, after we had a well deserved break in the Patchwork Cafe, the Vendors started to arrive, and we started hanging the quilts.

Next we reset the lobby for the Raffle Quilt. Tickets will be available at the door.
