SUPPORTING GROUPS

Want to join the fun? Our quilt show would not happen without the support and cooperative efforts of these four quilt groups! All meet in the tri-county area, are active in their community, and have something different to offer. All four groups are also dedicated to contributing to the surrounding community by donating hundreds of quilts and other handmade items each year. From time to time they also bring in renown instructors so that members can learn new techniques. All of the groups welcome new members, please contact them if you are interested in more information.

Winchester Modern Quilters

A fun, friendly group who meet once a month to learn new techniques, as well as to help and encourage each other in the art of quilting. Modern is in our name, but we still do some traditional things, as well. Each member takes a turn presenting a topic and during every meeting everyone has an opportunity to show and tell. Every year or so we do a group challenge. Our challenges often go on tour around the country in quilt shows. We meet the third Thursday of each month at 6 p.m. Email  winchestermodernquilters@gmail.com for more information.
